This page is part of our Terms of Service. It explains the limits of what Avuril can do, so you can decide how much to rely on it.

We cannot promise customers

Avuril cannot promise that your business will get more customers, bookings, sales, or reviews. A person decides whether to ask an AI assistant. The assistant decides whether to name a business. The person decides whether to visit, call, or book. None of that is something we can make happen.

Paying for Reserve, publishing a page, or using any feature is not a promise of visits, calls, bookings, sales, rankings, or a better rating.

Consultancy is guidance

A reply is based only on what you tell us, and the right answer for your business may be different. Check anything that matters with a qualified professional before you act.

What your page actually is

Your page repeats the facts you type, in a form a person can read and a form an AI assistant can read. A page that exists does not mean an assistant will find it or recommend you. The companies that run assistants decide how they behave, and that can change without notice to you or to us.

Your facts

We publish what you enter. We do not visit your business to confirm that a price is right, that you are open, or that the phone number works. If the facts are wrong, the page is wrong, and an assistant may repeat the mistake. The weekly fact watch reminds you to check; it does not check for you.

The Verified label shows the date you confirmed your facts. It is not an inspection or an endorsement by Avuril. Avuril does not take bookings. The customer uses the link, phone number, or address you published.

Information from other services

Reviews come from Google. Events, holidays, and weather come from Ticketmaster, Nager.Date, and MET Norway. That information can be late, incomplete, or wrong. An event on the board may be cancelled, moved, or quieter than it looks. Plan your staff, stock, and hours on your own judgment.

We are not the AI assistant

Avuril is not ChatGPT, Claude, Google, Perplexity, or any other assistant a person might ask, and we are not endorsed by those companies. We publish your facts. What an assistant says, including mistakes, is up to the company that runs it.

The service can change

Reserve is one payment, but it is not a promise that Avuril or any feature will run for a fixed period. Features, sources, and limits may change or stop.

If something is wrong

If a page or a charge looks wrong, email support@avuril.com. For a refund, see the Refund Policy. You can ask within 7 days of the payment.
