Acceptable Use Policy

These rules are part of the Terms of Serviceand apply to everyone who uses Avuril, including AI assistants acting for a person.

What you may do

You may use Avuril to:

• publish pages for a business you are allowed to speak for;
• ask Consultancy questions about your page and your business; and
• let AI assistants look up businesses through direct lookup at a normal pace.

What you may not do

• Publish facts that are false, or publish someone else's business as your own.
• Publish anything illegal, or anything you do not have the right to publish.
• Use Avuril to harass or threaten a person.
• Abuse, threaten, or harass the people who answer Consultancy or support.
• Use Consultancy to plan anything illegal, or send other people's private information, passwords, or card numbers.
• Break into Avuril, probe it for weaknesses, get around its limits, or overload it.
• Share your account, resell access, or scrape Avuril in bulk.
• Say that Avuril guarantees customers, bookings, or a mention by an AI assistant, or that a Consultancy reply is professional advice. It is neither. See the Risk Disclosure.
• Ask for a refund you are not entitled to, or dispute a charge you know is valid.

If a rule is broken

We may remove a page, end Consultancy, block direct lookup, or close the account, without notice and without a refund. If the law requires us to share information about abuse, we will.
